Hello. I'm Joseph Santiago, a dad to three amazing kids. Back in March 2024, my family made a huge decision: We left Florida, where we'd lived our whole lives, and moved to Girard, Ohio. We believe this would be a better environment for raising our kids.
I left not only many family and friends behind but also a thriving business, feeling certain I could pick up where I left off in my new community.
And so that's what I did.

Specializing in various home improvement projects, I can tackle anything from interior and exterior painting including cabinets, installing and painting baseboards and interior doors, repairing/replacing rotting wood, drywall, texturing, stucco repair, hanging TVs, hanging and taking down Christmas lights, minor car maintenance, minor electric and plumbing, yard maintenance, cleaning exterior windows, pressure wash patios and walkways, and so much more.
